Pankaj Gupta, who has been serving as executive vice president, finance & operations and chief financial officer for Shiseido Americas Corporation since September of last year, now also serves as regional chief financial officer.

Deanna Chechile, general counsel for Bare Escentuals, has also assumed the position of regional head of legal.

Virginia “Ginger” DeLeo has joined Shiseido Americas as senior vice president and regional head of human resources. She formerly served as senior vice president of human resources at Moet Hennessy USA.
